Marilyn Monroe: The Exhibit
 INDIANAPOLIS – CMG Worldwide, the agent for the Marilyn Monroe estate, was proud to present Marilyn Monroe: The Exhibit. This event,
displayed never before seen Marilyn Monroe artifacts, the items in this stunning exhibit included everything from jeans, bathing suits and evening gowns, to Marilyn's cosmetic cases and favorite bottles of perfume.
A small sampling of what museum visitors saw included the blonde wig Marilyn wore in “Some Like it Hot,” a diamond engagement bracelet, Marilyn’s monogrammed red luggage, the hat, gloves, purse and shoes Marilyn wore when she married Joe DiMaggio in 1954, and Marilyn’s teddy bear, on which she put a special string of pearls.
When the doors closed on Sunday evening, marking the end of this once-in-a-lifetime
exhibit, the event had proven to be a huge success. “Marilyn Monroe: The Exhibit,” honored
the irreplaceable and unforgettable Marilyn Monroe while earning a substantial
amount of money for charity at the same time. Proceeds were donated to the Center
of Hope, a charitable organization that helps victims of sexual assault.
